Now Hiring: Full-Time In-Home Caregivers — $20–$22/hr
Always Best Care—South Bay is hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team. We provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults in the South Bay, and we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy making a difference in someone's daily life.
What we offer: full-time hours, $20–$22/hour depending on experience, and a choice of 12-hour shifts (AM or PM) across weekdays and weekends — pick the schedule that works for you. You'll get consistent placements, a supportive office team, and the chance to build real relationships with the clients you care for.
We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, patient, and take pride in their work — experience with personal care, companionship, or home health is a plus but not required if you've got the right heart for it.
Requirements: must pass a Live Scan background check and TB test, and provide 2 forms of work authorization.
