Transaction Coordinator
About the role
Role Purpose
The Transaction Coordinator manages contract-to-close administration and compliance tracking for brokerage and development transactions on behalf of the client.
Core Responsibilities
Track transactions from contract execution through to close, monitoring key milestones and deadlines.
Prepare, distribute and file transaction documentation in line with compliance requirements.
Coordinate between agents, brokers, clients, attorneys and other transaction parties.
Monitor compliance checklists and flag missing or outstanding documentation.
Maintain accurate transaction records within the client's systems.
Communicate transaction status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support closing coordination and post-close file audits.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
Experience
One to three years of experience in transaction coordination, real estate administration, contracts or paralegal support.
Skills and Competencies
High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
Effective deadline and milestone management across multiple concurrent transactions.
Working knowledge of real estate transaction documentation.
Discretion in handling confidential and compliance-sensitive information.
Key Working Relationships
Works daily with the Team Leader on transaction pipeline status, and coordinates directly with agents, brokers, attorneys and the client's compliance function.
