Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, manage leads, and close sales for our shipping containers and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales.

• Sell new and used shipping containers, accessories, rentals, and rent-to-own options.

• Prepare quotes and assist customers in selecting the right product.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Track leads, quotes, and orders using CRM and other internal tools.

• Maintain accurate customer and order information.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.

• Meet assigned sales and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable learning and using CRM and other internal systems.

Primary Goal: Convert leads into closed sales while providing customers with the right shipping container or storage solution for their needs.
