Moving Assistant

Job Summary

Plan B Movers is seeking dependable and hardworking Entry-Level Moving Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in the moving and transportation industry. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading household and office furniture, boxes, and equipment.

Safely wrap, pack, and protect customer belongings during transport.

Help organize items inside the moving truck for safe and efficient delivery.

Assemble and disassemble basic furniture when required.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow company safety procedures and customer service standards.

Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Assist drivers with navigation, paperwork, and move preparation when needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

No previous moving experience required.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
