About SuperTalent
SuperTalent is a boutique recruiting firm that connects US companies with top talent from Latin America and the Philippines. We're a small, fast-growing team known for white-glove service and a high bar for the people we place. As we scale, we're looking for someone to own our operations and become a core part of how we run and grow the business.
The Opportunity
This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial, role that blends operations, recruiting, and business management.
