QA Support Associate

We are hiring a customer support associate to handle inbound tickets by email and chat. You will triage issues, resolve account and billing questions, and escalate bugs to engineering. We look for 2+ years of customer-facing support experience, clear written communication, calm handling of frustrated customers, and comfort with helpdesk tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
